2026 DUES

1 Lot: $122.00
1.5 Lots: $183.00

Dues are invoiced April 1 of each year and are due by May 1. Dues must be paid up-to-date prior to closing.

TRANSFER FEE
There is a transfer fee of $375.00 that must be paid at the time of the sale. Please email the helpful staff at Mickey Pride CPA to complete the required paperwork, confirm dues have been paid, and/or to obtain an official Resale Certificate. *Note: They are closed on Fridays. PID ASSESSMENT
As a purchaser of this property, buyers are obligated to pay an assessment to the City of Amarillo, Texas, as a part of their Randall County Property tax bill each year. PID is authorized by the City Commission of the City of Amarillo in Resolution No. 4-25-95-1, known as "The Greenways at Hillside Public Improvement District."

Class A Lots (larger parkway and estate lots) = $1,100
