​Welcome home! The main focus of the HOA is to enforce and carry out the covenants.  In addition, it oversees approximately 375 acres of beautiful parkways and spectacular homes. The HOA provides additional security patrols, maintains pet stations throughout the parkway, nurtures community through an annual picnic in September, distributes popsicles on July 4th, and hosts a pumpkin giveaway in October. During the holidays we light up the neighborhood and host a Christmas lights contest!
