All Builder Plans must comply with our Covenants & Restrictions.
A complete copy of the Building Plan must be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee via [email protected] at least 15 days before commencement of construction. Plan must show elevations, floor plan, square footage, roof pitch, and percentage of brick or other material to be used as exterior siding. The Building Plan must also specify building location on the Lot.
When the Building Plan secures ACC approval, the ACC will mark "APPROVED" on the Plan and return to the builder. If not approved, changes will be noted. The Greenways has a specified tree plan, so required trees will be marked on front and side lot lines.
