All Builder Plans must comply with our Covenants & Restrictions.
Before you begin construction, please ensure your plans comply with our Covenants & Restrictions. A full copy of your Building Plan should be emailed to [email protected] at least 15 days before work starts.
Your plan should detail: Elevations, floor plans, square footage, roof pitch, exterior siding materials, and the exact location of the home on the lot.
Once your submission is reviewed, we will respond via email either "APPROVED" or reach out with required changes. Because we value our landscape, the HOA will also mark required trees on your lot lines according to our community tree plan.
