Items placed on curbside for pick up: tree limbs, large toys, furniture, metal, fencing, hot tubs, hot water heaters, mattresses, large household items, such as appliances. Place items in the grass near the sidewalk, allowing for pedestrian right-of-way.
Items that must be taken to the landfill: all construction materials, garage doors, doors, carpet, trim

Class A Lots (larger parkway and estate lots) = $950
Class B Lots (not adjacent to any park area) = $792
Class D Lots (Tuscany Village) = $1,188

Boy Scouts/Cub Scouts will put a flag in your yard in the mornings on Memorial Day, Flag Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Veteran's Day and then take it down in the evening. The flag, pole, digging, and maintaining the holes are included in the service. Service is provided for $45/year by Cub Scout Pack 21 and Boy Scout Troop 1221. 1. List the pet on The Greenways neighborhood on “Nextdoor." This will reach the most people in the shortest amount of time. To join Nextdoor, download the app or follow the link: https://nextdoor.com/
2. Post on the Facebook page "Residents of The Greenways in Amarillo," which is managed by the owner of Stroll The Greenways magazine.
3. Post on the Facebook page "Lost Pets of Amarillo."
4. Contact Amarillo Management & Welfare at (806) 378-6033 to ask about a missing pet or request a pick up for a stray animal.

The HOA has requirements to be met before installing solar panels. Please reach out to us for paperwork.

For copies of our policies, such as the management certificate, document retention policy, payment plan policy, and records and copying policy, they are recorded with Randall County. You can also contact the HOA Manager.

The Board's annual meeting with homeowners is held in January or February. The notice indicating the location, date, and time will be posted on this website and a notice mailed to every property owner.
